OPERATIONAL APPLICATION:

When surface aerodrome temperature is below 0°C, true altitude is lower than indicated pressure altitude. Pilots operating into Cold Temperature Restricted Airports must ADD the tabulated value to published minimum altitudes (DA, MDA, stepdown fixes, and intermediate approach segments) to preserve mandatory obstacle clearance.
